To compete in today's marketplace, salespeople must have the skills necessary to get more appointments, make more effective presentations, and develop more sales accounts and relationships than the competition. And, our research shows, with each prospect, salespeople must adapt their behavior to be appropriate, sometimes several times a day depending on their schedule and audience.
Milestones, Inc.’s Sales Development programs can help your salespeople learn strategies for connecting quickly with a prospect’s behavioral design to build relationships more easily, and to recognize their own natural behavioral design and determine how to avoid behaving with their prospects in a way that may be hurting their sales results. Salespeople will learn how to quickly establish rapport and likeability with prospects and customers, ask questions and understand the prospects' and customers' needs, present solutions that are appropriate for the prospect and customers and close the sale by being behaviorally appropriate to each unique person's behavioral style throughout the sales process.
Delivery: This Sales Development seminar requires at least one day and often is requested in a two-day format. To achieve lasting results in their team, a Sales Development Process must be implemented.
