The behavioral style of the person you're dealing with is as important as the language they speak.  With this understanding, Milestones, Inc. has developed a communication seminar, open to different companies and individuals who want to learn how to read non-verbal cues to improve working relationships, figure out how to work with that difficult team member and resolve conflicts more quickly, or learn how to increase their ‘emotional intelligence’.

As many of our clients cannot spare a whole team or department out for a day’s training, Milestones offers these seminars so one or two employees from your organization can attend these facilitations and share the information with the rest of their team or group.
